Bethel Deliverance Outreach Ministries (BDOM) is committed to leading the community to salvation and deliverance by faith and love. Founded in 2000 by Pastor Alonzo M. Walker, Sr. in his basement, BDOM has now expanded to serve a greater community of people both through in-house ministries and free community programs. The church’s motto continues to drive its mission: “It’s too great a work to be a separated people because we’re all in this race together.” BDOM is located at 9925 Rosaryville Rd., Upper Marlboro, MD 20772.

Group Fitness Activities. Exercise offers tremendous physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits. To encourage physical activity, our women’s group fitness therapy programs and events bring women together in a sisterhood based on joyful physical movement. It’s fun, it gets your blood pumping, relieves stress, and it makes you feel alive! These events are for all fitness levels. Everyone is encouraged to attend in a supportive and fun atmosphere.
